Accepting these terms
By creating an account you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use otterdo. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access. Accounts are personal and may not be shared or transferred.
Acceptable use
Use otterdo for lawful purposes only. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer the service, probe it for vulnerabilities, or use it to store or transmit content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on another person's rights.
Your data
Your account data — email address, username, and session information — belongs to you. By using the service you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process that data solely to provide the service to you. We claim no broader rights and will never use your data for advertising or analytics.
Service availability
We aim for high availability and maintain the service with care. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance where possible. We are not liable for brief unplanned outages, but we take uptime seriously and will communicate promptly if something goes wrong.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, otterdo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Changes & termination
We'll notify you by email at least 14 days before making material changes to these terms. You can delete your account at any time from your settings. Upon deletion, your data is permanently erased from our systems within 30 days.
